This week we’re introducing some of the oldest, weirdest, and downright weirdest shopping experiences in the world. From a bazaar in Central Asia to a little-known vault in London, this week Weird Travel is all about shopping while traveling.

Weird Travel is a podcast within a podcast and my efforts to record and share some of the fun secrets and weird places of travel. Patrick Kozicky, a podcaster colleague and good friend, helps me on this journey of discovery.
Patrick Kozicky lives in Minneapolis, MN. He is a member of DalekoArts, a Minnesota-based theater company. He is also the co-host and co-producer of Gays Do the D, a Disney podcast with an LGBTQ + perspective. He loves traveling, reading, dogs and popcorn. Passions include volunteering, social justice, and arts education. When he’s not busy saving the world (or at least saving the world from itself), he enjoys reading about mysteries or true crimes, and stays up late watching horror movies. (with popcorn of course).
